To enable the children we serve to thrive, we ensure our staff thrive and become inspiring, highly-skilled practitioners.

We are ambitious for our staff and place their learning and development at the heart of what we do. Our structures, systems and pathways are all focused on reflection, learning and improving; this is supported by a culture of professional trust and safety when taking risks and challenging ourselves.

Professional learning is not a ‘top-down’ approach. We focus on building self-efficacy within all our staff promoting agency; staff use their knowledge and experience to tackle any challenge.
